Group therapy is on hold at this time due to COVID-19.

Group therapy: when a group of clients come together, engaging in peer support, as part of therapy. Groups generally have 6 - 8 participants, and usually run 6-8 weeks. Group members are interviewed prior to the start of group sessions in order to ensure fit of personalities and matching levels of engagement with therapy. If you are interested in group therapy, please follow up with any and all questions you may have!
